Textile industries involve diverse operations including Natural Synthetic Fiber , Weaving, Manufacturing, Dyeing, Printing & Finishing. Textile operation have been studied extensively and found numerous health & safety issues in the textile industries.
ETP
We do zero discharge, we have ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) from Hydrotech
engineering Italy. Our wastewater is 100% treated through Biological Treatment
Plant, recycled to reuse, and cost minimization. This significantly contributes to our
GREEN environmental initiatives and waste control. A part of our Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR) is to protect the environment and the society. We also have WTP (Water Treatment Plant) and CRP, a caustic recovery plant for a zero-liquid discharge. Through this process, we can get up to 90% recovery of caustic soda from weak lye, recovery of water from vapor condensate, reduction of Total Dissolve Solids, and Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD)
